We offer our guests the option to order from our 40 item menu at a flat rate of US$30 p.p. per dinner. Beverage not included.

History
Fabio: who is from Milan, Italy, is the owner of the villa and also the founder of San San Tropez. Since living in Jamaica for over 10 years, he gained valuable experiences that are always available for our guests. Having earned his doctorate at the University of Milan in 1996, Fabio had already bought the so named "Ginger Villa" just across the famous Frenchman's Cove Beach in San San, Port Antonio, in the year 1993. At that time he had already decided to leave the town and its industrialization to go far away from home ... to the magical caribbean island of Jamaica. Fabio started a long training in the village of Port Antonio trying to get familiar with the runnings. It took several years to initiate San San Tropez : business opened on 1997, but the real trade started in the year 2000. He managed to teach some young boys from all around the country-side, turning them in special chef and waiter. The italian recipes and the jamaican ingredients are being joined in a delicious cuisine. Today the Restaurant is considered the best dining in Portland and the Villa-Hotel has more and more retain it's business. The high percentage of returning guests are surely coming for the beauty of the surroundings and the amazing vibes of all Port Antonio...but the outstanding meals and the direct contact make San San Tropez one attractive business family that only few lucky ones can access.
